Questions :
1. What profits does each have about EU promote carbon tax and U.S promote TPQs to reduce greenhous gas?
2. Why are developing countries exempt from the emission standards and cannot take part in pollution trading?
3. Will TPQs really have good effect to reduce the emission of greenhouse gas by using the right of greenhous gas quotas globally in the future?
4. Does not it mean to tax for polluters because rich companies or countries still pollute after paying the tax?
5. Though U.S. might not have joined Kyot protocol as lfar as I know, why have U.S led TPQs scheme?
6. Is not really effective to reduce the emissions that Europe has produced new technology to clean the emissions?
